The Amazon River is a playground. In Mumbai, hotel linens are scrubbed by hand. In rural Vietnam a man prepares breakfast. Fishmongers in Zanzibar await the early morning fishing boats. Native highlights cross-cultural parallels and challenges the notion that cultural identity is unique. The work asks, in light of our similarities, what does it mean to be native?
